Propamocarb hydrochloride 72.2% SL is a soluble liquid (SL) fungicide containing propamocarb hydrochloride as the active ingredient. Here is its product introduction:

• Active Ingredient: Propamocarb hydrochloride (72.2%), a systemic carbamate fungicide with both protective and curative properties against oomycetes.

• Mechanism of Action: Interferes with oomycete cell division and cell wall synthesis, inhibiting mycelial growth and sporangium formation to prevent disease spread.

• Product Features: Highly effective against downy mildew, Phytophthora rot, and damping-off. SL formulation dissolves easily in water, ensures rapid plant absorption, and offers residual efficacy (10-14 days). Suitable for integrated disease management (IDM).

• Target Diseases: Controls downy mildew (grapes, cucumbers, lettuce), Phytophthora blight (peppers, soybeans), and seedling damping-off (various vegetables and field crops).

• Applicable Crops: Vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes), fruits (grapes, strawberries), field crops (soybeans, corn), and tobacco.

• Application Methods: Foliar spraying or soil drenching. Dilute with water as directed; apply preventively or at early disease stages, ensuring thorough coverage (including leaf undersides and root zones).

• Precautions: Toxic to aquatic organisms; avoid water sources. Low toxicity to bees. Rotate with non-carbamate fungicides.
