Atrazine 90% WDG are herbicides containing atrazine as the active ingredient, differing in concentration and formulation. Here is their product introduction:
• Active Ingredient: Atrazine 90%WDG , a selective triazine herbicide with soil residual and foliar activity.
• Mechanism of Action: Inhibits photosystem II in plants, blocking electron transport and preventing carbohydrate synthesis, leading to weed death.
• Product Features: Effective against annual grasses and broadleaf weeds in corn, sugarcane, and sorghum. SC formulations disperse easily in water; WDG offers high active content and good solubility. Residual control lasts 6-8 weeks. Suitable for IWM.
• Target Weeds: Controls crabgrass, barnyard grass, pigweed, lambsquarters, and foxtail.
• Applicable Crops: Corn, sugarcane, sorghum.
• Application Methods: Pre-emergence soil spraying or post-emergence foliar treatment. Dilute with water as directed (higher concentrations require lower dilution); apply uniformly during early weed stages.
• Precautions: Toxic to aquatic organisms; avoid water sources. Follow crop rotation guidelines due to persistence. Harmful to broadleaf crops (e.g., soybeans). Wear protective gear. Follow local regulations.
